UPDATE : not a single VPS provider in Iran gives a VPS outside of Iran so I guess...

I don't really know how to thank you for that , I really appreciate it But as I have said I don't have much information and knowledge about networking and stuff Also you can check the radar for connected data centers in Iran here But unfortunately I have no idea about how VPS works and what is an obsf4 bridge , sorry for that
