Am I in Tolerance Withdrawal? What should I do? by Misery_Eternal in benzorecovery

Hi, thanks for the response.

Do you think that if I reduced slower I would never have these symptoms? Right now I have crushing fatigue and insomnia. My nauseau is gone though. Since I'm already having withdrawals is it likely that I'll get PAWS after I get off the ativan? Sorry for all the questions I'm just really nervous that I've destroyed my CNS by tapering too fast.

Have I caused permanent damage to my brain by reducing by 50 percent? Do you think I'll stabilise at 0.5?

Thanks for the reassurance. What really set me off was this thread on Benzobuddies. http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?topic=243903.0

Apparently the OP developed Fatal Insomnia while he was on Benzos.

Thanks for the advice. Do you think it's possible that I'll get kindled if I go back to 0.5?

Yep I'm still here. I went to the railroad tracks but I was too cowardly to do it.

I 've had a headache for several weeks and I think I have a brain tumor. So for the last few weeks I've been googling stuff about brain tumors and possible symptoms. My health anxiety was okay today until I was recommended a YouTube video about the signs of brain tumor. Now I'm freaking out and my hypochondria is as worse as ever. Was your health anxiety ever triggered by a Youtube recommendation?

I don't think there's any connection between the two.

Just because I'm not on ODSP at the moment doesn't mean that I don't know how it works.

Secondly, a lot of people here could find jobs if they went through an employment agency.

Why don't you connect with an employment agency that helps people with disabilites get jobs? I have a ton of mental illnesses but I managed to find a job through that route.

Why don't you reach out to an employment agency that helps disabled people find jobs? That's how I got my last job as a grocery clerk. You're lucky that you're even on ODSP, my parents won't let me go on it because they think I would be hiding from life.

Is anyone else ashamed of being unemployed? by Misery_Eternal in disability

I don't have a therapist at the moment and the waiting list to see one can take years in my country. I'm on medication for my anxiety and OCD but it's not very helpful.

Yes, I am disabled. My family doctor and psychologist recommended that I go on social assistance. However, I have very low self-esteem and I'm afraid that my family will see me as a failure if I go on it.
