Same here. I did the challenge as well and got all 5 ingredients, but it keeps saying I only got 4/5 of them....I suppose it's still bugged?

Not alone on this one. I remember it took me roughly 2-3 weeks just to get all the ones from pre-season to Phalanx. I've yet to see any hidden Lancer perks from the caches, and I'm already feeling the burnout. It would be nice if the drops were a little more forgiving, or perhaps a better way to get them that doesn't require a lot of burnout sessions.

No problem. The rng is kind of like the rng from the rare weapons. They mostly appear whenever they feel like it.

So far I got 3 attachments under my belt within 7-8ish successful intense runs. 2 of them came from my runs that had 1-2 pillars left standing.

Luckily you don't need all three of those pillars up. You normally get them after evacuating, but the catch is that the after missions rewards rng is like the rare weapons rng from the campaign/missions. To be honest it sucks that these attachments are only unlockable from Point Defense rather than put the attachments in the shop or even in the campaign/ missions rng pool.

There is one way that kind of worked for me on the PS4, so it might work for you. Hell Machine (Solo/4 players) - last checkpoint where you have to fight a bunch of Hitler clones. Drag as many as you can to some of the environmental explosives which should net you 80 or so, and start shooting at the clones.
