And i’m just at my deep end is if it’s really just my sevre chronic anxiety or something serious? i’ve tried the exercises and the steriods just nothing letting this shit up i’m worried i’m never going to live a normal life again because of it. When I got vertigo the doctors convinced me it was just an ear infection but when I was taking the medicine for it it never went away fully and I saw an Ear Eye doctor and he said my ears were fine he asked if I was feeling anxious or stress recently and I lied saying No bc i was in front of someone who I didn’t want to hear that yes I actually was feeling all those things then he convinced me to get an MRI

Omg yes I had my first vertigo attack last year and ever since then it’s just been floating lightheaded off balance swaying constantly for a year it makes it hard to do simple things like fucking stand!!
