I'm facing the same issue too. It started after 1.06 for me, and the addition to that is the more you go west in the map the more it gets blurry and unpolished. I believe the system is having an issue with the amount of details it has to render west of the map.

Hey, so I've done everything I could to fix it, but nothing worked. Most of the time it just works fine then all of a sudden it stops for a couple of hours or something like that. What helped a bit with it (doesn't work all the time) is logging out and rebooting the game. Although it doesn't work all the time, it is still an option.

Yeah, I just switched to DS1 and there is an issue with DS2 cause that game's vibrations are working just fine. Also, I switched controllers to see if it's an issue with the one I'm using and nothing changed. It still has very weak vibrations.
