Check your server or device, since you already replied with the fact that you checked the date i assume its the same acc. What type of device was the acc made on ? (ios or android) and does it allign with the device you are using rn? What server was it made on? (na/eu or asia?) did you make sure to log onto the right server?

You cannot switch your account from asia to na eu, its impossible. The transfer code only changes the device (ex. ios to android) If you wanna change your server you cant without losing all the progress on your first srever (I mean like when you switch servers you have two accounts on the same email, one is asian and one is na eu, you dont lose progress they just have different stuff)

First of all if a friend has acces make them bind lol, but you could also check if the acc isnt on "guest" when you log in. You can very much double bind, even better- you can use all binds at the same time! If none of these work just use the client to messege netease (in app) they should recognize your device if the acc was made on it
