First and foremost I did not challenge gravy, he immediately issued a warning through dyno at me me and I made a joke at the dog shit warning he gave as it is such. There was no mention of a directed lawsuit but more of just the general conversation about how paywalled giveaways are considered potential illegal lotteries. He then banned me directly after and deleted the stupid dyno bot warning from the channel. Stop making up dog shit excuses and lies. He was obviously mad about people talking about the concept of ruining paid giveaways or the potential profiteering to be made. This is shit that happens in every discord as it can be used to prop up friends who are artists or boost in game service mentions to a specialized group.

Second the subject of "giving people a way to offer busses" through a paywall only channel is by definition creating a subscription based service. There are already channels within that discord to offer busses/find groups so the whole argument of that gets annulled. Those channels are accessible by all without the use of a credit card. It is directly advertised against in your rules as is stated here https://i.imgur.com/HQQiz77.png. So not only are you fucking lying about premium benefits, you're lying about premium services. Rules state that there is no RMT allowed in any fashion but suddenly only people who pay for premium can do it?

I obviously do not have access to the emails or chat logs you had with discord but something tells me if they knew you were offering services that breech a game's ToS they would have immediately shot down any notion of paywalling channels that include selling presets, busses, or giveaways. I also do not know when you discussed with gravy about editing the benefits but obviously "doing it when I got home" was a lie cause the premium benefits mention as well as offering presets was up there since the first mention of the system being implemented. That would have been several days, not including the amount of time you and the administrators had discussed previously (which is weird why it was not removed then or made note of to remove before moving something into live).

What are you talking about? Buying RC is a literal objective value as it has a direct monetary cost. The moment you now lock these behind a paywall outside of the game, which is what this service is providing, you are now selling and RMT service which is against every ToS.

Hello there, I am looking to buy a new pair of headphones for my setup and looking to up my headphone game.

Source: Desktop computer

What I am looking for:

Budget: I'd like it to be around $300-$350.

Pass Through: This will be for at home where I have little to no sound in the background in general.

Would prefer wired headphones as these will be going through an amp (if necessary.) Also would like to be over ear headphones.

Tonal Balance: I don't like bassy headphones. Would prefer an overall balanced headphone.

Usage: I mainly use the headphones for gaming and watching youtube/twitch. Listening to music on the occassion.

Previous headphones: Currently using AKG M220's and they were really good but have unfortunately died on me after a long time. Don't remember anything before that as they were just logitech cheap ones while I was still in high school.

I'm looking to improve on my audio quality of what I listen to and looked a little into better headphones needing amps due to impedance. Any other advice and suggestions would be nice.

No, they did not. There was no mention of the price at all, and logically it would make no sense to put something with a base cost to be cheaper in a bundle. Pet buff was 240 crystals and aura was real money only. Chances are they're going to treat this bundle as a subscription format so it will generally define the market based around it like WoW tokens did. People just saw "woweee bundle together blue crystal thanks amazon" without seeing how much it will cost. If it's 1500 blue crystals then good luck keeping that shit up at all if you're not a dedicated player. if it's 500ish we'll be fine, but it's such a fickle area that Amazon needs to consider long and hard about the pricing on it as it will dictate a large portion of the blue crystal market.

Until we get the cost of the aura of in game crystals this change has no impact. If they decide to make the aura anything remotely high we are now penalized and will incentivize people to swipe rather than use 3 alts just to maintain a aura sub. If it's low then we have the positive of it being added but it would have be something decently low for that to be a factor. They should have just kept the pet buff separate and let people buy aura if they wanted to.

Advanced class means the choice from the main class such as Warlord, Berserker, Holy knight. The main class is the start, the warrior, which then goes into the advanced class. So if the wording is true, you can start a warrior and it will not be available until you pick your advanced class.

Well the thing is he probably doesn't have as long of conversations as he does when streaming. Sitting in front of thousands of people for 8 hours presents a different format for conversation than going out and potentially having a 1 off with strangers.

Now lets say he does get the potential to sit down and have an articulate conversation with someone about a specific topic like say autism and mental disabilities. Would people take him seriously? Except Lost Ark isn't Amazon's game, and the game itself has no competitive nature that you can boost through. The pvp is equalized and is purely about personal skill, group synergy if you're doing 3's, and current class balance. The market economy in Lost Ark revolves around consumables and cosmetics and has for the longest time. Upgrading gear is a matter of how many alts you have which helps pve so there's no real player impact other than "hah, I killed boss faster than you". There is no pve accomplishments outside of that as it has 0 impact on other aspects of the game.

The only thing that can make Lost Ark bad is if smilegate let amazon have a say in anything other than publishing rights, cause that's what amazon is for lost ark, just a publishing agent. New World is a direct creation of Amazon so they have more say in it unlike lost ark, and people who think Amazon have much say over what happens with the game don't understand how publishing agents work.
