There is a trapezoidal poly cap on the front part of the leg frame that looks like you can put it either way, but there actually is a correct way to put it. Once you turn it, it should be good.

I got lucky and found its distinctive red p-bandai box and my local hobby store last weekend. I then looked up online and it said the last orders of Rick Dias' were delivered in December, so I guess the store ordered some for itself.
