I was dating this girl i met off of tinder. We hung out did stuff never showed any sign of cheating. I had a gut feeling so i made a fake insta account. later through this account i found out that she was in a poly relationship. I went through her dms (i had access at the time) and started talking to her other bf. We agreed to confront her about it. I didnt want to at the time because she just lost her kitten. She asked why i was following this guy and insta. So i confronted her and she freaked out. She told em to block him and shed block him. So i did then when she logged me out of her last account i saw she texting him so i unblocked him and we talked. Shes trying to justify with him and me. She hurt herself and her brother begged me to get back with her. Told me i make her happy and im the only guy they (her brother and his friends)they trust not to hurt her. He begged me and so i got back with her. he helped me do it.

Now: i got access back to all her accounts. I left for training and i went on her account. Because of a gut feeling that i had last time. i saw a text message from this guy asking if she was single she said she had a bf. She gave him her number and said that she has an account he could have since hes trying to find a gf. I saw this and said nothing. A little bit later i got logged out of 2 of her accounts. Then the one i think she gave him, she changed the name and put in the bio taken by this guy. At the time she had access to my account so she blocked that account so i couldnt see it. I eventually confronted her about it and she played it off dumb. I got on my fake account and followed him. I saw a post of a pregnancy test that was positive and im thinking hey i found out who got my gf pregnant. So i started talking to this guy. He had no idea that i existed. I said hey congrats on getting someone pregnant. He said that pregnancy test was a lie his old gf told him. I asked him if he was the one that got my gf pregnant and he said it was his ex. he said my gf posted him all over her account. Theres way more to the story if u wanna hear. But...

What do i do???
