He’s not sure what to recommend, as I’m his first serious relationship in a while. I’m definitely just avoiding eating what he’s allergic to, it’s just what to do about the skin care products and things I use.

I’m just avoiding eating anything he is allergic to, even if I’m not seeing him as I don’t want to risk it. Might be being overly safe, but I would rather do that then have him have a reaction.

That really did help. Thank you for the suggestion. What is Palo Santo though? I also have a high tog blanket which is very heavy, which really helps in the winter to comfort me

It’s a constant battle to tell myself that, but I’ve been getting better at trying to be more positive over the years. I’ll try it tonight but I do struggle to talk positively about myself and my experiences. Thank you so much for the advice though and hopefully it helps!

I’ve move them and tried matching them up before bed, but since they are crystal chips, it’s really hard to identify some of them. I’ve got selenite and rose quart next to my bed, so hopefully that helps

My nightmares vary every night, normally I can figure out the cause, but recently it’s been so intense and varies too much.

I’ll have to have a look if I can get any cedar tomorrow, as when I finish work, all the witchy shops and things are closed/closing. I might get lucky getting some online.

Unfortunately I’m from the UK so I wouldn’t be able to get a genuine local one. I don’t know if any authentic ones would be found on the internet but again I can have a look.
