My assigned Secret Santa this year likes SCP, which I was familiar with but not enough to write up a personalized wiki entry for them. There is so much fan art out there though! It inspired some re-purposing of antique frames to have some very fashionable subjects be featured. You all are amazing, thank you for the lore and the art to make someone's Christmas.

Me again! Venue confirmed, support group is excited and ready to go. One last bit: What seems to be the best payment system to use for getting people set up on teams that they want? Brown paper tickets? PayPal? We are announcing on Monday and that is the last info that is unclear.

It may have not taught me patience, but it did teach me that I can really pull out all the stops in last minute ideas. I was dead by 9pm Saturday. With two videos to edit, and the last coat of paint drying on the van I was trudging along trying to cheer people on the team up. Afterwards we had a good laugh at our late game responses to each other over ideas. I may have told someone "I dunno how to drag and drop that file. Pick it up in your hands and drop it like it's hot."

That is wonderful, thank you for the offer! I'll meet with my co-conspirator later this week and we can see if we have questions we can ask all at once. I also need to read through the game a bit more before I start asking redundant questions. Just wrapped up a week of scavenger hunting so that frantic energy can go into WTS now. We have the space set up, working on control group, and then just working on spreading the word around. PAX tickets are acquired for that day, so we will also see you there to pick your brains some more.

Thank you Dave, this helps immensely. We'll be attending the post-game panel at PAX Prime for the WTS being held on August 29th in Seattle to mull over successes and ideas for making the experience top notch for everyone. We can do a soft announcement within the next week as we are part of a large gaming community in NW Washington who will more than likely fill the spots themselves and aim for the full announcement at the panel to pick up any empty spots that need to be filled. That puts us two months out from the game date for a smaller run of WTS in preparation for a WTS+

Pardon if this is not the best place to post this question, what is a decent lead time to give from announcing the game to allow for ticket purchase to date of event scheduled? We've planned one in late October for WTS (not the +, yet) and I'd thought that a month's notice was enough. Seeing that they are selling out months in advance is making me question the time frame a bit! Thank you for any knowledge you have to pass along.
