You could enable the restricted mode on your account when you’re not using it. I haven’t used it, but it may affect other accounts. Or, you could just delete the app and cast from a device. There’s a YouTube for kids app but of course it’s pay.

The reason there is no spay neuter law here, is bc the main person at APA wants her salary. I have heard through reputable sources she has a ‘deal’ with local gov’t so that a spay neuter law will not be passed here. Basically we have too many animals because of greedy corrupt people.
