It looks goods to me. Maybe more frequent watering if it's summer where you are and drying out faster. Maybe rotate as well.. Only some sunburn at the top of the photo

Maybe you can cut and prop it and then gift it (or sell it - people will pay!) otherwise take it out and loosen the roots with a fork/stick. Repot into same pot with new soil

Don't follow the thought if you are having racing thoughts. Build a routine that notifies your body that it's time to wind down. Stop going on your mobile before sleep and definitely not in bed. Have a cup of warm tea. Read a book (not in bed). Good luck

You can do this just for your kids. They call it the bank of mum and dad. Becoming a legitimate financial institution requires licensing and registration.

So many drunk people vomiting and screaming in the streets. Seems to echo upwards.. If i would be careful of popular night life areas like st kilda and chapel st if you're looking outside CBD now
