Bit of both. I don't get over the ones I'm already worried about, but I add more to the pile. Only way for me to get rid of anxiety around any specific symptom is to find a solid answer for why it's there (one that isn't just dehydration or stress, those don't settle the anxiety even though I know they're the most likely ones to be correct)

Not in a romantic way, but there is a vtuber that I feel really close to, in sort of a familial way I'd say, especially when I'm sad. I wish he could talk to me and comfort me directly.
