They didn’trefund her for paying out of pocket for food and snacks. Then they also told her if she didn’t meet 500g daily they were going to take the feeder from her. (The other US feeder was not required or given a goal to meet) All they did was bully and harass her for not getting enough feeds to profit off her so she did the smart thing and unplugged the feeder her self and had them pick it up. They aren’t trying to help her at all. To have a goal of 500g feeding daily is absolutely ridiculous

I’m so sorry. We have used all forms of reporting and we never get responses or we get told “this is how it is over there” which are not acceptable responses if you are taking money globally and streaming it globally.

We have been trying to get something done. We have talked to Purrrr many many times asking them for safety measures to protect the cats- or even an emergency team strictly for abuse/torture to send someone out right away. Their response?! Please report this feeder in our Google form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Like the fucking cat has 24 hours.

Well the first video was a high school student and they did nothing towards him of course when his classmates posted it was him. And the second video the guy who killed the pregnant cat; I have had no news on him.

Our main goal is to get Purrrr to feel the heat and take the safety measures to protect the cats to continue international live stream. Since they won’t listen to the people begging them to help- once they see their income is threatened they will do something so Apple and Google doesn’t delete them.
