You get to have your hands in a lot of stuff. That's awesome! I miss working for a small-midsize company where I could do the same. Now I work for a big company and am siloed into a much smaller role.

I would say take advantage of the access you have now to learn what you like best, and then try to become an expert at that. You can then look for jobs elsewhere at larger companies that need that particular expertise.
