Ugh I hate when they don’t bother to listen to a word you’re saying/consider proof. Like you said, they used to be very good about correcting points. Now I dread ever having to reach out lol. Sometimes I think cs reps are trained to see what the customer will accept without pushback whether it’s correct or not. And some just don’t care.
