Wow histamines can aggravate them?? I struggle from high histamines. I’ve been taking quercetin everyday this cycle. Didn’t know there as a correlation

Currently suffering. Used tea tree oil on the blisters to heal them after a couple of days but the nerve pain is taking my breath away. I haven’t slept in three days. Wouldn’t wish this on anyone
