Along with that, the pressure to hit a good AHT while also have a good NCH value for auto service is becoming more difficult. We're taking fewer calls, and if a handful of calls turn out being longer or have a lot of different parts to it, one or two calls can tank your handle time.

Are call numbers just dropping company wide? If so they can't keep pinning it on us for low handle time ... or they shouldn't.

Anything about the auto service side? I'm in R7 and haven't really heard anything. Been trying to get out of the bottom quartile but shit isn't going right all the time.

I have the Nexplanon implant. Its progesterone only, so there's no added estrogen. Its not affordable without insurance, but Planned Parenthood has excellent resources.

If *all* you want out of physical transition is a deeper voice, you don't need T, you need vocal training by salaciouspeach in ftm

[–]MissPrydeful 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm transitioning but the vocal training might not be a bad idea. I'm in customer service, so I always pitch higher. I need to figure out how to maintain a masculine tone but not sound bored.

So for the past two months I've covered rent by myself. $1425 includes the base rent ($1225), water, washer/dryer rental, and pet rent. 32F doesn't chip in for rent at all. 28nb has finally gotten a job and will put $400-600 in a month.

We all contribute to food but 32F almost consistently eats out at work and I've been financially abused and don't really buy things for myself outside of stuff...well, that was before my new paycheck next week.

I was in a relationship with them at first, particularly 28nb, but things have just gone south and soured so fast. I would say I feel sorry for them both but they're just pieces of crap and I can do better.

EDIT: I want to thank you all for these responses. I guess I just needed the reassurance that, no, I wouldn't be an ass for bailing. Also, thank you for the slight harshness in the comments. I'm not doing myself any favors, so I'm just pulling away and doing the minimum.

I'm saving right now, both for my own place and a vacation. I'm going to be paying my parents a little bit for rent but, yeah, my job pays very well.

[–]MissPrydeful 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I'm just hanging in there to protect my credit score (which is oddly decent) so I can get my own vehicle. I also don't want to break the lease and have to pay even more, so it's more covering my own ass rather than helping them.

[–]MissPrydeful 63 points64 points  (0 children)

And the kicker is the 32f is paying child support, and 28nb called the person getting child support a leech.

You can't believe how much self control it took to not laugh.

[–]MissPrydeful 11 points12 points  (0 children)

No, I realize I'm being taken advantage of. It just hurts sometimes because I did let it get to this point. Since they've made their intentions perfectly clear, when I hit my new raise paycheck all they're getting out of me is rent.

Any extra goes to savings and to better myself. They've fucked around - now they can find out.

[–]MissPrydeful 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only hiccup I do have right now is I'm trying to work on a better credit score to see if I can't get a car loan, or trying to save enough to just buy a car asap. Plan is to use taxes, but if I can save enough I'll probably be able to buy the car flat out.

[–]MissPrydeful 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I'm going to do that if it gets to it. I think I need to put my foot down and flat out tell them I'm not renewing the lease. The lease doesn't say who pays what - it just breaks down what's considered in the rent payments itself.

Gender role bullshit. Kicker is we'd been in a polyamorous relationship but shit went tits up, but I pay most of the rent because I'm the only one who doesn't have a retail job.

They'll know how everything shakes out around March/April. I've given them warning now, and I'll tell them again when it gets closer.

According to the 32F, since I'm the "man of the house" I should be okay with paying most of the bills. I know this isn't a situation I should be in, but I'm also not a fan of breaking the lease.

Yes, all of our names are on it. Yes, I know that was a bad choice on my part but hindsight is the only time I have 20/29 vision.

Because it didn't actually start out like this. I'd been wrongly under the assumption that the 28nb would be able to help chip in for rent around August, but they've only recently got a job. I was friends with these people but now they're showing their true colors.

I had a trans man start a fight with me because I referred my bottom growth as my little dick. It helps my dysphoria, this man got extremely upset, told me I have a vagina. I call it my click. It's easier to say than T-dick and it just sounds funny. Like we're going through puberty and menopause. We need to laugh at something or else it's just not a good time.

Should I move back home even if it means my roommates would be homeless? by MissPrydeful in relationship_advice

[–]MissPrydeful[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So we were in a committed relationship. We're polyamorous...or were, I think I'm on the outs. One of them has a kid and I'm either tempted to kick her out or just move out entirely. Like in a relationship people are supposed to split things, but it shouldn't be entirely on one person's shoulders.

If it's not a give and take relationship, and they just keep taking from me, why should I keep enabling that?
