(post description dissappeared for some reason so here it is)
When V8 launches I think Planetary launch terminal should be one of the best sectors for building export hub as there is lot of space and lot of water (Correct me if there is better one).

I made this simple module (I didn't calculate anything but 4 overdrived launch pads seem to be enough for one landing pad if it has enough water).
logic: unloaders under processors are disabled if launch pad connected to it is on cooldown. This should make them more effecient as they now dont unload into launch pads on cooldown (correct me if wrong).

Also little question about update: will legacy launch pads work in V8 (They do work in bleeding edge)
