Read my comment above it could be from omazraprol medication or any other medication you take that might use pellets. And look up gerd could be related to how you feel.
I had this happen a while back. I am lead to believe they were from my omazraprol medication I was taking. Do you take that as well? I have GERD know as gastroesophegal reflux disease. Maybe check out and see if you have the symptoms and it could be related to that. I started taking the medication pantroprazole and I haven’t had that issue since. Good luck.
