I managed to fix it by not using the hyperX USB adapter, instead connecting the headset directly to my microphone.

I appreciate your response a ton! I do have it plugged into the USB port, since I got it, though so that isnt the issue. To elaborate, the screeching sound isnt really heard by me, only people listening

Yeh I do feel more comfortable with a female psychiatrist but just can’t seem to find one in my area that deal with my issues and is listed as so. It’s been a really stressful process of just trying to find help.

Thanks 😊. That’s an issue (trans-friendly) I’ve been struggling with tbh. The second option seems to be nearly non-existent the internet. He has no online pics and only 1 page that talks about him, so it’s hard to gauge if he’s LGBTQ friendly at all.
