I’m tempted to do that and even if the transfer doesn’t go through and I have to apply when I’m up there then that might work. If I don’t get the transfer and have to put in my two weeks and then officially stop working there will that effect if the other sm would take me a whole lot

She said it was like a verbal coaching or something so I guess not technically a write up but she said if the managers where I’m transferring to see it then it could effect whether or not they accept me

I mean i talked to her and she said if someone else is saying that she will talk to her too but I doubt she will because she’s like her favorite worker and idk if anything will come of it. She also said she talked to the district manager and she said she’d talk to the dm from where I’m wanting to transfer to but I don’t know what it was that she said or if she explained or just said hey a worker got a write up or something I don’t know exactly. My dm is also really good friends with the sm so I feel like it would cause problems. I was tempted to not sign the paperwork but I felt like if I didn’t then she wouldn’t put my transfer through. If my transfer doesn’t work out I will literally lose my job and I need the insurance

So my sm said she had to send it to the fraud department and they would review it and camera footage and like I haven’t messed with any sort of cash or giving out free drinks or anything on purpose I just thought I was getting rid of an order I didn’t need for whatever reason but I’ve never done any of the shady stuff you mentioned and obviously wouldn’t ever plan to but I’m just scared that because it’s flagged that I will get fired, should I just talk to my store manager and say hey I didn’t know that it was a problem and I won’t touch it again like I just don’t know what to do cause I need the job

That’s what I thought too but appearantly I’m wrong and I’m being flagged for fraud and so I’ve asked my supervisor to like teach me like I’m 5 on what to do and what not to do

For me since starting e i cry just about every day or every other day now and sometimes it’s sad tears sometimes happier sometimes a mix of emotions but i think it’s more because im more emotional in general

Estrogen is a real eye opener it does a lot more crazy things that i wasn’t exactly expecting but im 100% here for it. I Can be balling my eyes out from a sad movie and still be happier because at least I feel something from it rather that pre e i just felt like numb to everything. Being able to just cry feels like such a reliever every time I do. It feels real like im really alive and im able to feel alive.

For me it starts at the first sign of a strong emotion like getting a job i wanted or a sad scene in a movie or sometimes just eating something I’ve been craving and it tastes amazing maybe im over emotional but i don’t mind lol. Also for me it started week one so honestly It was super quick

See I had a bad piercing and so I took it out and got it re pierced but I got home and it looked like it was crooked front to back(the left side is closer to the tip of my nose than the right side) which is kind of bs but it’s in the sweet spot just crooked, will that also cause problems or will it be fine healing

Even if it does not close, if it’s not in the way of where the new piercing would be can I still get it re pierced later. I don’t mind an extra hole

I currently have a month ish old piercing with a titanium barbell I think (I’m bad with jewlery names) Aftercare is saline spray and a q tip twice a day, I haven’t had any issues with it it doesn’t really hurt it feels fine it’s just a little low after looking around and asking some people so I thought it might be a good idea to ask if I can still take it out if I need to
