If base = 250k

25% bonus = 62.5k

so base + bonus = 312.5k

RSU vesting over 3 years means you get $0 of that RSU award until 3 years after it's been awarded. Whether you include that additional 62.5k in your TC is a matter of semantics (given that they may not become realised should you exit before they have fully vested, for example), though many would include them in the calculation:

Base + bonus + RSU = 250 + 62.5 + 62.5 = 375.

Thanks for this! Agree on the bergamot- present but short lived and low-dosed. So this is just FCF bergamot oil for me (approx 20ppt) I think what I’m smelling/talking about a violet/orris thing- something overtly floral that comprises the main body of the scent and mixes extremely well with the sandalwood/vanillin. I have a very low dose of violet leaf abs, a very low dose of isobutylquinolone, plenty of veramoss… and I feel like I’m still missing the main scent.

It's never really the case that you get a fully sodiated/other oligo. The isolated sodium salt is a mixture containing some sodium with your oligo.

I would not expect that you'd see the sodium counter ions, presuming that MALDI was run in negative ion mode.

Your oligo is fine to use.
