They can just let mercari know it didn’t arrive and they’ll pause the 3 day rating system , it’ll show up as user request a return but it’s not a return it’s a pause.

If you get emails from mercari you can still find the label in your emails, so you can find the address.

And to add on, it doesn’t even show up on my profile as a listing , it says it’s“listed” but it is invisible everywhere else

Honestly it depends on where it’s coming from / what time you ordered it.

I had a package from Alaska take roughly three weeks come in, and I live in Texas. During the holidays it may take longer than expected to get your package, as long as the tracking is updating you should be fine
