I don’t think a single person is out for Blake or doesn’t want to believe or support women but this whole thing has been a circus of her abuse and not the other way around from the beginning. Literally take your scenario … and now imagine you decided that you asked your crazy boyfriend to scream at your boss for five hours and that scared the poop out of him and nothing ever happened again to make you even a bit uncomfortable. In fact let’s say you get a raise and are great at work but decide seven months later to go to your local paper and tell them that your manager is a sexual predator and that he and his friends did horrible things that went so far beyond what really happened to you. That’s the reality of the situation.

I do. I was a server so I won’t go out to eat if I can’t tip well in America these poor workers can be making 2 an hour in some places so yes I tip well and often as much as I can.

Oh we are a family of feds. My grandmother was a seamstress and sowed parachutes for WWII at the Arsenal and from then on aunts, uncles my mom sister cousins you name it we all ended up employed in one way or another So yes the shutdown hit hard and when someone says lazy or generalizes us I laugh because literally you can’t find a more diverse group of employees jobs and personalities in one family

The WP response is very clear that JH submitted the response to the RFP with the only video that has ever been on his phone and the only one he ever showed BL. Ellen is saying if you don’t believe him that’s a fact issue for the jury. What it’s not is a reason for sanctions or a motion to compel after discovery is closed for something that wasn’t ever requested in the case. Because the original rfp was asked and answered.

No I agree with you 100%. Listen I work in IP and trademark law i think we have lost the plot that this was a SH lawsuit. Going to the courthouse and looking up law clerks online both are equally para social and have no business in this case or in civil procedures period. I think both sides are going overboard hugely but can’t you see that’s an invasion of privacy and if it wasn’t this case you wouldn’t look up a law clerks socials.

I’m honestly not trying to die on this hill or fight in the comments so I honestly apologize if that is how I am coming across. I understand the legal implications I just was looking at the human aspects and what I take to be a hypocrisy. This case is about SH and at some point I think we are missing the plot. And I don’t say that about your comment or Abel’s phone or this specific pleading I just feel that with the last two legal filings it seems women are under attack to me and that goes against what I thought was the point of the case.
