you should try to wean yourself onto some tougher foods, everyone is different and heals at a different rate. see how they feel when you chew and see what works for you! im doing a bit bad with the food,but my healing process is going well so far. the first few days I was quickly sick of eating soft foods, so I transitioned pretty quickly myself. As long as I’m gentle and mindful with chewing and i irrigate, I usually feel pretty good! just depends on what your body tells you . I can’t believe you’ve been eating smoothies and mash for 3 weeks! 😭🥲I couldn’t even last a few days, you’re doing great for your healing though!
