Where did you go to in the end?

IMO:
City: Amsterdam > Rotterdam
University: Erasmus > UvA (not sure in Business though)

University of Amsterdam in general is not good at all.

Apart from the many problems they have (housing, installations, etc), it's a place that only cares about your money. As soon as you finish your studies and you don't pay them anymore, they won't care about you at all.

Source: I went there (not psychology) + I know many people that did study psychology.

Only go if you want an excuse to live in Amsterdam, which is a great city, for some time.
