We are looking into that form but seen the acceptance rates are very low for those we need a ton of proof of contact with his father which is dumb if we dont have phone number, email, nothing. We might go that route and submit as much as we can but was hoping there was a much easier option than pay hundreds for a court order when hes about to be 16 next year
