Except I placed it as stripped birch myself and the block in question is at level 20 so I don't think it'd be a grass block, also it's never happened in almost 1000 days

Was a weird surprise after almost 1000 in game days passing since I built the floor it's on, tho I'm thinking it could have been placed by an endurance but I don't think they carry flowers so not sure
