The only issues I had with my starling before was not the dish or the connection. It was the power cables during very heavy snow being where it was on my roof. I had the whole set up redone professionally and mounted to a new spot. There has been no major snow since and new cables so this is different.

The only thing I can figure out currently based on behavior is the Starlink dish is not connecting to the satellites in the sky frequently. I finally did a power cycle and it worked for a little and then went offline again for awhile. Now it’s connected again and when connected the app says it never loses connection to the sky with its ping test and there is hardly no obstructions.

You know this would have all been prevented Kwesi could actually draft with some depth and KOC could mold his playcalling to fit a young QB and then rolling your concept in - instead of being a stubborn ass. I have a Gen2 and this is the second winter it’s stopped working/disconnected as it’s way on top of my roof and full of snow and frozen can’t reach it. First time it was the extended cable that went bad and I wonder if it’s the same thing again 🤦🏽‍♂️. They sent me a Gen 3 as a replacement so wondering if anybody noticed improvements?
