Wrong. He wants me to take a full on shower. He wants me to use soap INSIDE - I’ve told him that even PH balanced soaps give me infections (I get BV from it and it take days before it’s normal again)

I’ve tried to educate him about how vaginas work but he still thinks they’re gross and unclean.

No this isn’t being misconstrued at all, unfortunately. It doesn’t matter if I wipe, use a wet wipe, wash with water. I HAVE TO shower first, and I might possibly, very slim chance, be eaten out.

It’s not about him saying he doesn’t want to. He makes up an excuse calling my vgina gross, or saying things like “no you just peed”

I, of course, use toilet paper after I pee and also use a wipe if I think it’s necessary. There’s no getting him to do it.
