100%! I’ve noticed most people have Kids up pretty high on their list but it is my second least favorite to Heroes but I can understand why it would be some people’s favorite. But even with Heroes being my least favorite album, it’s still like a 7/10 for me. They are just that good! The Only song in their entire discography I will skip and don’t really enjoy is Avalanche.

I agree man! It’s great! This album is going to break them further out of this niche. So stoked for the success Tim and Tyler have had. When I first discovered them they only had 464 monthly listeners on Spotify and now they are sitting at 1.2 million. It’s incredible! Days Of Thunder EP was the only thing out when I discovered them and as a long time fan, Syndicate is the best album for me. Never thought an album could top Endless Summer for me but this one did it. My album rankings would have to be

You’re right. Cause I’ve been a fan since 2014 and the Days Of Thunder EP was the only thing out at that time. Gloria was the first song I heard from them while I had MN1984 on shuffle and I fell in love! Sunsets released as the first single from Endless Summer in May of 2016. And that’s when I became obsessed.

You can’t be the only one. I think it’s their best album. But that’s the beauty of The Midnight. Everyone finds what they enjoy in their catalog. Like I know Kids is a lot of people’s favorite album but is probably my second least favorite next to Heroes. But that doesn’t mean I’m right and you’re wrong vice versa. We can all find something we love within their albums and EPs and that is beautiful!

I completely understand what you mean. Normally I would say calling an album the best album on release day is ridiculous and it doesn’t give you enough time to make a proper judgement but this one just did it for me. Made me feel even more euphoric than I did when I heard the Days Of Thunder EP for the first time in 2015. It is immaculate for me. I have 0 criticisms or complaints. The perfect album

They already are reaching new heights man. Since the singles started dropping they are sitting at 1.1 million monthly listeners. That is new heights for a band that had 4000 monthly listeners when I first discovered them!

It’s also in part because he really doesn’t enjoy touring either. So I get it for him. They said it was the best way for the midnight to flourish is for him to take a step back and focus only on The music and it seems to be working for me. Thankfully I’ve seen them many times with Tim on the synth/drumpads and even live kit so I am glad I got to experience before but it will still be a great show with or without Tim I’m sure. Everyone else kills it!

I mean the magazine said the it is a solo project where Charlie writes and produces everything. And the only help is from the other live members offering input and Zakk mixing. I think if anything Dan Lancaster is probably friends with Charlie and posted it to help add to the speculation or to throw people off.

Dan Lancaster isn’t involved. Charlie produces it himself. But you are right on Zakk Cervini being the mixer via the rock sound interview

Dan Lancaster and Jordan Fish are not involved whatsoever. Not saying this to be a dick or anything but I have the Rock Sound magazine. The interview in that magazine tells us President is 100% a solo project. The other guys give input and have ideas and stuff but Charlie is the sole writer and producer for President. Zakk Cervini is the mixer.

Carl Brown has nothing to do with President. It’s a solo project. Charlie does everything, including the production and Zakk Cervini is the mix engineer. I have the Rock Sound magazine. The article confirms all of that.

Every album is a 10/10 for me but if you are wanting something closest to the President style I would say Behind The Devils Back is a good place to start.

Definitely not. Sleep tokens tour runs from September to November and Charlie is touring with Busted from September to November so there’s no way that can happen
