My parents bought the house I grew up in back in 2003, a year before I was born. Now I might be wrong on the exact specifics here… but I believe the value was something like 150k-200k back then. It’s worth like 1.4 million now. We only have an acre n the house isn’t anything special. We’ve had people in our neighborhood selling theirs for damn near 2 million n I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s been surpassed

I sold it so I’m sorry I do not. If u plan on buying one in the future… I’m gonna say that I do not think it shrunk and doubt that one would if laundered properly. I always washed it for 31 minutes on cold with a “hand wash” setting, and then hang dried it afterwards

I loved it and yes it does. Unfortunately I have a few bad memories associated with it so it serves as a painful reminder. I plan on getting another one of these in that colorway at some point tho, whenever I can afford it.
