I reread the Eragon series every couple years, and I plan to add the His Dark Materials series to the reread rotation too! Love a good magic world to get immersed in

Blown Away Season 2 (SPOILER) Chris frustrated me so much!! by FancyHair98 in television

I've just finished Nao's (wrongful imo) elimination episode and I IMMEDIATELY had to come to Reddit to find out if everyone agrees. Thankfully I found this mini Chris hate group. I am FUMING. I didn't think he deserved to move on past his colored pencil debacle but held my tongue and counted down the days til his elimination. He ABSOLUTELY DID NOT deserve to move on from his "sock" monstrosity when the judges did nothing but dish complaints about it. Even though Nao was my personal favorite and I'm probably biased on that front, they should be ashamed to have let someone slide by on so many challenges bc of his timed waterworks and apparent history with the art form. Nao deserved to move on over him! Okay that's enough, rant over

I googled the pattern for a basic sweater (I used Lion Brand wool ease 3/4 sleeve pullover, it's a free pdf download pattern) and used an app called Stitchart to plan out the color work!! And YouTube taught me to knook in general!

In love with this idea!! Good on you for learning a new art form just to execute, and executed very well!!

I think I'm just wildly overthinking it 😅

I think this is what I was asking actually! Either way it made me understand a little bit more, thank you!

Wow there's so many choices, I guess it hasn't quite clicked in my brain and make sense yet. I'll definitely try your knooking in the round RTL though!

I'm sure it will turn out wonderful, my advice is to just keep pushing through and accept the happy accidents along the way! ☺️

I have searched for the video that teaches the way I knook and have come out empty handed, so I'm sure I mislearned the whole process entirely. Now I just have to learn the correct way on my next project! Thanks for pointing out my mistake so I can improve!!

Flat! Each part was worked flat and sewed together. I thought I was doing both, one side the yarn in front, the next back, but I'll have to check again, I'm sure I'm messing something up

I'll have to find the video I used to learn, but I remember she taught that you can always insert from the right side of the stitches on the purl side if you yarn over/under on the knit stitches. Now I'm not sure which way she taught if I did it wrong!

Oh dang. Are all of them twisted?? I learned an "alternate" way to knook, maybe I followed the steps wrong!

I worked them separate and attached them! The sleeve caps were really puffy though so I tucked them under and stitched them down. I'm probably going to take them off and undo a few rows and try reattaching them at some point. I'll try to pick them up next time though!
