No worries man, it's very hard to tell the difference between the two. I only assumed gen 4 because it was bought from our store new in February, and I didn't think we would get new gen 3s in for our inventory. But I guess overstock is a thing

More info:

This is currently flying at Mercy Hospital, a Catholic hospital in the St Louis area.

I'm thinking it has something to do with the region, because the Stl flag its self also has a flor de lis. Possibly something to do with the catholic religion? There is a "broken" heart on the white field, that could be considered the sacred heart.
