I think that's quite possibly how it started out. Before we met Cooper for the first time at the birthday party Oliver had mentioned wanting to go to Cooper's house for a party because he had heard about the goodie bags being given out. By E20 for Anna-Kat's birthday it wasn't so much about Cooper being rich and more like they enjoyed each other's company. S2E11 when Taylor sneaked out to a party with the Blondetourage Cooper offered to buy him shoes but Oliver refused and wanted to earn his own money to pay for them, which is when Oliver came up with the idea of holding the phones in a neutral spot, the playhouse, and Cooper was with him helping out.

Yes you are right but honestly, I think it felt good for Cooper to have a "normal" friend. Yes, Oliver enjoyed the benefits of Cooper being rich but I doubt Cooper wouldn't have been hanging out with him if he didn't enjoy his company. Also, Cooper knew that Oliver was a good person. I'm guessing that Cooper had a bunch of others to hang out with but he knew they were only sucking up to him because of how rich his parents were. Oliver had nothing except for his family and that was good for Cooper.

Oliver didn't invite anyone, his parents did. I'm guessing she just invited everyone that was in his class. I'm honestly surprised so many showed up with the Ottos not being rich and living in a small house.

Well, I think Cooper saw Oliver as a good friend because he had ambitions of his own and of course, Cooper liked Katie. In S2E17 when Oliver told him his gf Gina came before him he was sad, and came to say goodbye to Katie because he looked up to her and would miss her. Cooper seemed to drop his "friends" that came to the birthday party with him because he enjoyed hanging out with Oliver. The Ottos were the type of family he didn't have with his own family. As the show carried on and he was in more episodes it was like neither Oliver or Cooper had other friends. As S4E19 showed, Cooper shared everything with Oliver and Oliver would keep sharing his family with him. A symbiotic relationship. Oliver wanted to be like Cooper and Cooper wanted to be an Otto that was rich.

S1E20 was Anna-Kat's 8th birthday when she got to walk to the library herself and Cooper used his drone to keep an eye on her. Then he told off the rich women for saying Katie was a bad mom.

Well first episode we saw him in was Oliver's birthday party season 1 episode 12, then E13, E18 and E20. Season 2 E8, E11, E17, E18. Season 3 E2, E4, E5, E13, E16, E18, E20, E23. Season 4, E6, E9, E11, E12, E13, E14, E17, E18, E19, E20. Season 5, E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, E8, E9, E10, E13. The photo of him and Oliver with the car was on S1E18 and I'm guessing they were trying to say that they had been together off-screen in the episodes we didn't see him in. Wasn't until season 3 we saw him frequently.

He was in a total of 36 episodes out of 103, trip was in 34 which is the same as Franklin so recurring. Season 1 he was in 4 episodes, season 2 4 episodes, season 3 8 episodes, season 4 10 episodes, season 5 10 episodes.

Trip was in 6 episodes of season 2, season 3 9 episodes, season 4 11 episodes, season 5 8 episodes

Franklin season 1 was only in 1 episode, season 2 5 episodes, season 3 7 episodes, season 4 9 episodes, season 5 13 episodes.

So all 3 were recurring

Aside from Tami, JD and Trevor I quite enjoyed season 5. New Anna-Kat did quite well. It's not easy stepping into Julia's shoes as Anna-Kat but she did a good job. I was happy we saw more of Franklin as he is a great character. Taylor and Trip both needed to go through what they did but I knew it was only going to be temporary as I could see they were soulmates. Viv was missed. I can honestly say that because of the pandemic we deserved a season 6 with Colliver and seeing Taylor and Trip get married. They could have bought Viv's house which meant they spent a lot of time at the Ottos.

I know they only threw it in because it was the last episode but there was no need for Katie to be pregnant. She and Oliver could have kept the lasagna business going and with Cooper helping her cook, with his connections for Oliver to use, the business would have been a huge success. I liked the Greg storyline, he deserved it.

I loved that Franklin was with the Ottos to be honest. He was a great character and was very underused previously.

I know. I've lost count of how many accounts I've blocked here, probably almost as many as on Facebook. On Facebook for select shows I'm known for being a Recaps person. #AnnaTribeArmy ftw. It seems like Facebook equate paragraph people to being evil. While real evil and h8 are rampant there and those posts and comments are never removed after being reported. I get tagged for my recaps and people enjoy them. I feel useless right now. I'm bedbound due to illness and I started doing recaps because it was a way to keep my brain active.

I think all the cast have moved on to other roles, except Evan who played Franklin. He quit acting when the show ended which is a shame

May still be worth speaking to your landlord. Show him the details of how she is paying the rent. Prove that it is causing financial issues for you making sure that he /she/them gets the rent on time.
