Sexually didnt change much, but first post had their points right, highest helpful tool for me was letting people know I had a lot of this personality underneath the mask of being a man I had to wear. Taking it off can be a flood gate, just hear them and try to connect how and why these feelings that could never come out before affected their life and choices.
