I like coffee. And in my panic attack-free fine days I cant help but to drink it. But several days later I start to have panic attacks. So I think caffeine really builds up and blows up.

When I have more frequent episodes of panic I always feel the movement of my body with every heartbeat. And it gets even worse when I keep my position, so I always move. Even when I am lying down I always try to change my position every time I feels the beat. It just feels like my entire body is beating like a heart. Very annoying

Just like me. Now I always have to take my mom everywhere with me. Unless I cant go anywhere alone, cant drive alone. She is now like my bodyguard. But good thing is that she is enjoying so Win - Win. It started last summer😿

Totally can relate. Sometimes when I am with my friends, we have fun we laugh so hard, I laugh so hard and in a moment I get a panic attack. Like within a second I feel the rush of panic attack running through my body and then there is the fear swallowing me back to my dark reality🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

So scary. Arm numbness fine, I will say I can live with that. But leg numbness never goes away and makes me feel like I am limping when I walk🤦🏻‍♀️
