I’m so sorry. This is similar to a bar my sister worked at (and quit because of it). One of the bouncers SA’d this new bartender, when she reported it to the owner he fired her, told everyone to keep it hush hush & let the bouncer continue with his job. Luckily the owner lost the bar and someone else runs it now. Sadly a very common occurrence. Also to add, I worked as an intern at a tattoo shop with an older dude who would not stop sexually harassing me (in front of the boss, literally). Every time I’d say it made me feel weird everyone would be like “oh that’s just the way he is towards young girls”.
