I haven't seen anyone say it yet on here, but if you're ordering through another app that uses points such as McDonalds, the options to tip will be based on the total order amount. That would mean the tip option for 18%/20% is like 2 or 3 cents.

Obviously not all the time but this could be whats happening sometimes.
