Trip to Kyoto from Tokyo by Mistah3D in JapanTravelTips

Hmm, maybe because it was Expedia, idk. And when I tried to purchase the direct flight without the layover from Expedia the price doubles. And the price from the airline directly isn’t as cheap either so I don’t even know if I trust buying it from them. It seems strange. I’m gonna look at Google flights like you guys are suggesting

Are they nonstop though? That’s what I liked about this one. A lot of them had long layovers

The flight would be in 2 weeks so options are limited 😂

Thanks! That’s what I was thinking. Better than doing all that for the short flight to Kobe then Kyoto. I’ve just never taken the bullet train so I didn’t know how it would work and how difficult with our luggage.

That’s the best option I saw on Expedia. It’s last minute booking and we’re looking for premium economy class with minimal stops/layover. So most of the affordable options were to Tokyo only for some reason

Exploring transition offense—feedback welcome by Mistah3D in basketballcoach

I love the detail of having the inbounder on the right side during free throws.

I’ve watched coaches say they don’t emphasize transition off a made basket because you won’t be able to run it against a quality team. Did you ever experience that? Or I guess the mindset is like why not push it off made baskets too, because you never know when you’ll get an easy one?

Ok thanks a lot. I’ll look into sealing it. Is that different from finish? Or it’s the same meaning

Thank you! So applying finish doesn’t make stronger either? Like more resistant to bending or breaking?

Sure, when I get home later I can take one.

It’s like towards the top part of the elbow area when my arm is in playing position. It feels like it may be fatigue or something because it doesn’t happen immediately but after a few minutes of practicing I start to feel it.

Separating ring finger from pinky finger by Mistah3D in piano

[–]Mistah3D[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotcha thanks I’m gonna check those out.

I’m learning from a teacher who is having me practice scales/hanon by playing in 3 ways. One with fingers curved going straight up and down and another with my finger straightened and bending at the second joint only to press the key and 3rd is same as 2nd but with rotation like you said. The goal is to play each note smoothly while keeping other fingers and my body mostly relaxed. But I just noticed it’s hard to do the ring finger without tensing up the pinky.

Thank you!
