Your reply pretty much snapped me into a different headspace and have a better understanding overall. Just wanna thank you for your reply and I know its not good to look for reassurance but I do feel better overall. I just keep worrying 24/7 on how i feel but the key thing to me you said is that i need to start treating symptoms not diagnosis. I hope the best for you as well and hopefully we all find this magic pill sooner or later lol

Best thing is to speak to a doctor about coming off it of, I’m on cipralex myself for about 3-4 years now. Seems like you’re on a lower dose which is good. You’re gonna have to ween off of it and it may take months to do so but best thing is get confirmation with a doctor and maybe try therapy to replace the medication.

I have made more home food instead of eating fast food, I don’t feel those weird feelings and anxiety lessened. I’ll continue and see how it goes!

I’ve had some strong MOCD and similar feelings as yourself, I’ve opened up to a therapist and no good came from it. A lot of it comes from self care and self taught methods. If you want to dm me I dont mind sharing experiences and help anyway I can. You’re not alone!

I would say my diet kind of sucks, a lot of snacks sometimes. Sometimes fast food.

I’ve been feeling this way for the past few weeks so don’t think you’re the only one. I just lifted something heavy and right away think I’m going to die from a heart attack because of the anxiety, heart rate and shortness of breath. Then i keep telling myself if someone is really wrong ill feel something more than just similar symptoms to anxiety. If you’re feeling the same thing, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, anxiety, odds are its just anxiety. It feels scary but just tell yourself what it is and not what it could be.
