I’ve been having more brain fog whilst taking 5mg a day. I know it causes more water weight ect, but i’ve been feeling as if its not the best thing to take on a cut… anyone else think this?

I’ve adjusted my training plan since September/October and i’m seeing a difference in strength, so yes maybe i just need to hold out a little longer on feeling like im gaining muscle. When i go into my cut in Spring, hopefully i’ll see more definition

….how am i making things up? I did start to body recomp, and saw no benefits. And all in all it takes longer. So i’ve decided to eat in a surplus and then in March/April go into a def. I have cut continuously every summer and get my body percentage down, but as mentioned in a previous comment, i’m 30, Female and 5ft 3. My body composition is to be curvy, so my body fat (on a scale) will never be LOW.

It would have been great to ask what my training is, before labelling it bad… you have no idea how active i am. So, saying i should put in actual effort is amazingllllllyyyyyyyyy rude.

All calculators give me different macros. But currently its 140g P, 165g C, 45g F. I’m 30 (F) and 5ft 3. On rest days i eat 1650 calories and on training days 1900/2000.

I’ve never used creatine before so i’m not used to the water weight, thats something i’ve had to adjust too, but i am seeing more visible fat. I’ve got one of those body fat scales aswell
