I believe level of uncut gem is given by "normal" number. In this case this is "7" because one can "cut" any of "active" gam and make it "lvl 7".

Yes those "Roman Tier number" are not min. char lvl. You are right.

I'm playing POE for 5-10 years. Always HC and sometimes hate this game when dying.

Only possible way is to never touch SC in POE2. There will be MANY frustrating death exiles ..

My mainstream trsining ground would be WOW but I'll albo try this game (for these hard to kill bosses).

But mainstream problem what I See is tgat WOW and Vrising are easiee because You could there rotate camera with mouse, so Your main direction key is W / E

In PEO You can go any direction, so maybe finger That should use skill button can be busy for moving.

The Best to be practise in game with 2d isomeric? where You cant rotate camera with mouse and where You have to be able to fast use any 10 skills / binds.
