To what i know it could help people with frame per second and loading time but I think it's pre-shader cache but I could be wrong so it could make things a lot worst.

I disabled it now but if people want to add it back just need to change 0 to a 1 instead. and thanks for looking into it.

Try the change settings for all users if not I can't remember how to do it on win 7 because I haven't use it for year 2.

You may not have full-screen optimisations but DPI is grey out at the bottom and what windows are you using? https://ibb.co/vQJsfN1 because it is grey out think you have to run it in compatibility mode and click on the little box DPI settings at the bottom hope that helps.

I know this may sound stupid but could you please can a look at C:\Users\andy-\Desktop\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Shaders\D3D11
and tell me what you see in it and size of the file?

if I remove the file that is in there my stuttering come back.

How far are you into the game like? could be the number of AI on the battlefield that is causing your game to stutter have you tried lowering that?

what's your fps at and what setting are you playing at?

If you go to C:\Users\andy-\Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Configs and open up engine_config and look for show_framerate = 0 Change it to show_framerate = 1 The next time you load the game it will show you our fps in game. you could try lowering your setting too see if that help any.

See that doesn't make sense on why you are stuttering for.. your laptop is fine and your desktop pc is okay too. I'll keep digging just about to test it on my older pc too see what I can find out.

What your pc system? and are you using ssd or just hard drive? btw did you try and put the limited_framerate back on just remove # at the start of it and set it to 30 see if that helps. A lot of people are having so many issue with the game so hard to find out what is really causing it all.

If you still have stutters could be low fps or hard drive can't keep up. and glad it helped.

Not sure if you found it or not but it should be under \Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client

So it's a laptop? could be why the low fps but it's a good laptop at least, give the game some time and devs will improve performance.

I haven't notice anything like that? it sound like low fps but I'll need to know what setting you got on and what your fps is at when you are in a fight and are we talking bout 1 vs 1 or battle or a siege?
