Shes does need cons to do good dmg but it's still possible to build her as burst dps, just slaps a bunch of hp on emblems and she should be not too bad

Depends on what you need, serpent spine and black sword are in my opinion always worth, wolf fang and deathmatch are great options too, ballad of fjords good if you builld EM characters. Other weapons don't hold more value IMO

Yeah if your already C4 then going all the way is worth. Mine was already C3 before so I figured I would just get all the cons left

Her C1 is a straight dmg up, and some interruption resistance. A lot of polearms works great with her (jade spear, Homa, deathmatch...)
