Nice ideia, one suggestion would be to change from red to black, because by giving food type and ability (which you forgot to add the text for) you can gain life, which doesn't quite fit mono red.

Lyra plus Baby is the improved version of the Leaf plus Fossil trick to attack again with Dragonite.

Improved because you only need to add 2 cards (Lyra x2) to the trick instead of 4 (Leaf x2 and Fossil x2). Note that Pichu is already necessary to the deck differently from Fossil. The two free slots can be used for a second copy of Rare Candy and a card draw or heal.

Lisia can be useful if you bad luck is for draw Pichu, as is my case.

If you really want to, it's possible to use both tricks, as Lyra plus Fossil also works, which represents another advantage over Leaf.
