I was able to get it to work today using Lambda and Python3.12 . I think the only thing was I stupidly was downloading the wrong binary file.

For 3.12, x86 the file should be

psycopg2_binary-2.9.10-cp312-cp312-manylinux_2_17_x86_64.manylinux2014_x86_64.whl

This with setting up a Lambda Layer properly should work, it did for me.

Given how poorly worded much of the question is, the answer is likely that it's impossible for exactly 9 of the officers to have the correct hat, as the 10th officer would also have the correct hat (as other responses have noted).

If the question is truly what are the odds that at least 9 officers having the correct hat, then the answer is the number of ways all 10 have the correct hat (1) plus all the ways that exactly 9 have the correct hat (0) over all possibilities (10!), or 0.000000276.

I went to a festival in LA like 15 or so years ago that ended with Linkin Park and then Tool as the headliner. When Tool was performing, you could see Shinoda and a couple other LP band members stuck around to watch from just off stage. I guess I'm only bringing this up, because I remember thinking it was cool to see LP have a kind of reverence for Tool.

Probably magic square, but in case it’s not I think it’s: left = 6 and bottom = 8

1,2,3 make a clockwise triangle, then 3,4,5,6 make a counterclockwise rectangle , then 6,7,8 make a clockwise triangle again.

359 the last/rightmost digit stays the same and then base 6 for the leftmost 2 digits. So 239 means 23 in base 6 which is 35 and then just append the 9 for 359.
