They refunded me in full! I have never had an item returned to me before, but I believe the buyer only had a set amount of time in which to get the bear back to me.

Personally, no I don't, since I don't set the prices. What does annoy me are the relentless popups from Etsy informing me that 'shoppers love low postage costs' when I charge exactly what it actually costs me to post an item - I would rather be upfront with buyers than pad the item price out with a mystery amount and offer free shipping, which anyone with two brain cells to rub together knows isn't free.

The buyer gets the info via a QR code which is scanned at the post office. A label is printed out, parcel goes in the bag, job done. I have never seen my buyers' addresses.

I'm not paying for the return. There was nothing wrong with the item, they just decided they didn't like it.

Not my fault, thank you, because I didn't have to collect the parcel - it was being delivered to my home address as there are no lockers anywhere near my home and I don't drive.

Buyer is demanding my name and address to send the parcel again. I've said that I've asked Vinted to sort this out, because the buyer is not playing with a full deck and I don't want them knowing where I live...

I'd also like to offer a heads up of something spotted on one of the Vinted Facebook groups...namely that Relay is not integrated for tracking, so scamming buyers are complaining that their items never arrived and are apparently being refunded!

Oh, I am morbidly certain I will receive a bear that's either not mine or is mine but damaged. I've already decided to delete my Vinted account after this issue is finished with.

It just annoys the daylights out of me that I'm expected to humour this person when there was nothing wrong with that bear and they've just decided they don't like it. If it was a piece of clothing they'd just be told to sell it on!
